The Perfect Pregnancy [Nutrition] Plan

Prenatal Nutrition for Optimal Fetal Growth

Learn What the PPP Nutrition Course Is

Everything you need to know

Does any of that sound familiar?

You want to do the best you can for your baby. You want to stop all your bad habits, shift to good ones, and do as much as possible to set your child up for a lifetime of success. You love that little person so much you are willing to do anything you can to give them a leg up in this crazy world.

You're ready to learn more about how your pregnancy lifestyle can affect your baby's health not only at birth, but throughout their entire lives into adulthood. You were hoping to get some good advice from your doctor, only to find out they really didn't have that much to tell you about prenatal nutrition. Take a prenatal vitamin and don't eat too much fish you were told.

But there has to be more to it than that right? You know you're not supposed to drink and smoke because it can directly affect your baby's health. But what else directly effects their health?

Maybe you've already read a great pregnancy book like What to Expect. But once again you were left wondering, is there more I could be doing for my baby?

You're head is swirling with questions and you're just not finding the direct answers you need.

  • Can't somebody lay out the importance of my nutrition during pregnancy?
  • Can't someone just tell me what to eat, what not to eat, and give me up to date science driven information without me reading all the scientific mumbo jumbo?
  • I know real whole food without labels is healthiest... but I've been told to eat a lot of cereal and bread. Is that right?
  • Are the tips and advice from my mom's generation what we know to be helpful and true today?
  • Is exercise going to hurt my baby? I heard it diverts blood from the baby!
  • Can I loose fat while pregnant or is that bad too?

The list of questions about healthy lifestyle during pregnancy goes on and on for many of us. As mom's to be we aren't seeing the answers we need. All the advice sounds old and outdated. And no one is pointing us toward many answers at all.

In the PPP Nutrition Course you will learn all the micronutrients that are known to be directly linked to optimal fetal development. You're going to learn why you need them and exactly how they are proven to benefit your baby.

You'll learn tons of great food sources for each nutrient, listed in order based on their nutritional content and it's bioavailability. Oh, and on that note, you'll learn all the tricks and tips to increase your mineral absorption of these foods. So you can get the most bang for your buck.

Your nutritional needs skyrocket during pregnancy, but your caloric needs? They barely increase at all. Meaning you need to know how to get more nutrients from your food without really adding much more food. But don't worry, you'll also get tons of great recipes to help you out along the way.

"Wow! I'm blown away! I would have wanted a course like this when I got pregnant the first time.

This new program is worthy of the name “The Perfect Pregnancy Plan”!

What makes it so great is, that you can find a vast selection of recipes here, and thanks to the amazing cheat sheets, you’ve got all the necessary information at hand!

·What can you eat, and what not?

·Which types of food are suitable for different purposes during pregnancy?

·Which food supplements are ideal during pregnancy?

·And much more!

In addition to the numerous recipes that are so essential for moms-to-be, you are going to find detailed expert information on the topic “how nutrition can affect the health, well-being, development, and long-term predispositions of the child”. A brilliant guide!

I can’t wait to get my hands on the second part, which is dedicated to “exercise during pregnancy.”

"The Perfect Pregnancy Plan" is, in my opinion, the step in the right direction! This course helps to become an energetic and satisfied mom. Besides, the altered movement and eating behavior during pregnancy has a positive effect on the mother's health and the growing baby!

Thank you very much for designing this impressive course!"

- Samantha Radford, PhD. Evidence Based Mommy

"This course is perfect for moms-to-be who want in depth, honest information about food and nutrition during pregnancy without feeling overwhelmed with too much data. It does such a great job tackling myths and explaining exactly what each vitamin and mineral does to help your baby as well as the actual effects certain foods have on your baby's development. I learned so much for the Micronutrients lesson and love the printout I can add to my fridge as reminders throughout my pregnancy. I also loved the other handouts and cheat sheets with quick reminders on the most important topics to make it really easy to remember and actually implement day-to-day. Finally, the recipes are great and definitely help to show how I can use this information and cook recipes that are great for baby and me AND taste great! I can't wait to try them all out. I definitely recommend this course to anyone looking for amazing nutrition information during their pregnancy."

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm already in my second [or third] trimester. Can I still benefit from the PPP?
Yes this plan can still be super helpful to enhancing your baby's health. While it is the most beneficial to begin this program even prior to pregnancy, it has been shown that prenatal nutrition plays a critical role in each trimester. Meaning it's not too late. By getting the nutrients you need now and starting exercising, you can still help to grow a more healthy baby.
I'm just planning my pregnancy now. Should I take to program now or wait until I'm pregnant?
I would definitely recommend buying now! Once purchased you have lifetime access to the course. Within the PPP there is a chapter about how to prepare your body for a more healthy pregnancy even when you're just in the planning stages. It's built perfectly for someone in your shoes!
I am a vegan. Is this a good program for me?
Unfortunately no. Many of the nutrients that are required for optimal fetal development are sources from animal products like meat, fish, and eggs. As it is extremely difficult to source enough of certain nutrients like choline, iron, and DHA without consuming these products. Recipes to guide you to do so are not within the scope of this program.
I have a lot of dietary restrictions. Can I still benefit from the PPP?
Yes, as long as you are willing to eat some animal products as mentioned in the previous response. If you are sensitive to dairy, gluten, etc. this program guides you in plenty of alternative sources for nutrients.
Do I have to track my eating daily and count calories on this diet plan?
Under most circumstances not at all! It is recommended to track your diet for 3 days when you begin the plan only to gauge what adjustments you need to make. Foods you need to remove, replacements you can make, or nutrients you need more of. After that, as long as you are gaining weight at an ideal pace, you should be focusing on counting nutrients only.
I have a huge sweet tooth! Can I still follow this plan?
Definitely! It is recommended to omit or limit sugar while pregnant. However we all have a big sweet tooth during pregnancy. :) That's why the first recipe section in the program is mouthwatering guilt-free desserts! You will learn to replace processed sweets with sweeteners like stevia and monk fruit and will learn healthy dessert recipes to replace all those cravings.
